** The Cassio 330 makes a “virtual landing” at AERO Friedrichshafen

VoltAero is providing a look at the future of sustainable aviation with its participation in the AERO Friedrichshafen general aviation show – which continues through April 22.
A highlight of VoltAero’s exhibit (Hall 7, Booth #101) is a virtual reality tour of the cabin interior for the Cassio 330 – the first of its electric-hybrid aircraft family that will enter production.
The five-seat Cassio 330 will have a combined electric-hybrid power of 330 kilowatts, and subsequently will be joined by the Cassio 480 (with six seats and an electric-hybrid propulsion power of 480 kilowatts) and the Cassio 600 (sized for a 10-12-seat capacity and an electric-hybrid propulsion power of 600 kilowatts).
Company team members, led by CEO and Chief Technology Officer Jean Botti, are at AERO Friedrichshafen to provide updates on the Cassio aircraft’s development. Botti also participated in AERO Friedrichshafen’s traditional pre-opening “AERO Media Day” industry discussion, providing perspectives on the future of sustainable aviation based on his many years of hands-on expertise with electric aircraft.
