As we step into the new year, we’re beyond excited to finally share something we’ve been keeping under wraps for over a decade…
The WAVETM will now be available as BOTH a two-seat and a four-seat model!
From the very beginning - going back as far as 14 years - we designed the WAVETM with a single airframe capable of multiple mission profiles, requiring only structural changes between variants. This vision is now coming to life, offering:
✅ Two-seat & four-seat configurations
✅ UAV platforms
✅ Uncompromised comfort—our early mockup (below) even accommodates rear passengers up to 6'2"!
Both models will be available under LSA MOSAIC and Certified FAR 23 Primary categories, unlocking a world of possibilities for true cross-country adventures and commercial aviation opportunities. Plus, with performance exceeding a 120-knot cruise speed and Automatic Folding Wings (OWF) with on-water folding, the WAVETM is set to redefine versatility in aviation.
The WAVETM will be available in the USA, Canada, Europe as well as Asia and the Pacific.

The below photos briefly show some of the production details that are required to produce a clean sheet new aircraft design and bring it to market right the first time.
Above: Rudder end ribs incorporating the rudder aluminum quadrant (below) attachment, we have spent time designing this in one part, which would usually consist of 5-8 parts.
Above: We installed CNC machinery that can accurately manufacture the required metal components to very high tolerances. This is the rudder cable quadrant, single-sided machined for low-cost manufacture.
Below: Structural testing of the production rudder. Sandbags are applied in a very particular order to ensure uniform load distribution. We achieved the desired loading and continued to apply load until failure. By doing this we can confirm the failure mode complies with the design calculations.

Below: Each carbon part isn't made up of one bit of raw material, as below, the rib on the left has 100 plus individual carbon plys. Each ply is flat patterned by a Production Engineer to conform with the required surface, while ensuring correct overlaps and fiber orientation is maintained. Once a layer has been applied it is quality inspected, this component consists of about 8 layers. Once each layer has been inspected, a vacuum bag is applied and this consolidates the ply to ensure correct compaction is achieved.

Above: Each carbon ply is covered in a blue plastic film until it is applied to the molds. Part numbers and fiber direction are ink-marked, as illustrated above.
Below: Molds are all manufactured in-house. Many years of R&D were undertaken to perfect this process.
