New Carbon Cub with Rotax 916 iS engine
CubCrafters has revealed the development of a new Carbon Cub, powered by a 160 HP Rotax 916 iS engine. Designed for international markets, the aircraft is said to be lighter, more versatile, and better performing than the best-selling Carbon Cub SS thanks to new technologies. The Rotax engine's capabilities include multi-fuel technology, able to run on both aviation and automotive fuel. The company will launch the new model, in collaboration with Rotax, at Sun 'n Fun's Innovation Preview event, where it will be available for display.
