###**Elixir Aircraft is now CAA (UK) certified!**
The CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) granted its certification to Elixir Aircraft. This new approval authorises Elixir Aircraft to deliver aircraft that are immediately operable in flight schools in the United Kingdom.
Some thirty Elixir aircraft are already in operation in France, others have been ordered by European pilot schools.
Elixir Aircraft is pursuing certification procedures all over the world, with priority given to FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) approval, eagerly awaited by American customers who account for nearly 300 lines in the order book.
####5 Elixir for Leading Edge Aviation through Green Aerolease
Leading Edge Aviation, a training centre based in the UK and Spain, has announced its intention to renew its fleet with Elixir Aircraft. A tripartite contract has been signed with Green Aerolease, a French aircraft rental company. Elixir Aircraft will supply Leading Edge Aviation with five Elixir aircraft equipped to the highest avionics standards. Leading Edge is thus the launch customer for Elixir Aircraft's and Green Aerolease new rental offer that allows professional schools interested in the Elixir to acquire their aircraft through an "all included" rental service (aircraft itself, insurance and maintenance).
####Egnatia Aviation orders 12 Elixir
On the occasion of European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) in Cascais (Portugal), Elixir Aircraft has announced that it has signed a sales contract with Egnatia Aviation.
The Greek pilot school will be adding twelve Elixir aircraft to its fleet of eighteen, and has placed an option for three more.
They will be delivered in two batches of six aircraft and will be based at Kavala-Amigdaleon airport.
The school provides pilots to more than 60 airlines worldwide. It operates a fleet of some twenty single and twin-engine aircraft.
####Elixir Aircraft speaker at ICAO!
Elixir Aircraft was invited to Montreal to speak at the ICAO LTAG Stocktaking Event 2024 on reducing CO2 emissions. The event provided an update on the progress of programmes aimed at achieving the aviation industry's long-term goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
Emphasis was placed on the Elixir solution, which is already available, as a practical way of decarbonising the training of airline pilots. Arthur Léopold-Léger spoke to representatives of the 193 ICAO member countries and major industrial players in the aviation industry.
