Daher and GAMA Launch International Aviation Internship Program

Daher extends its Kodiak aircraft sales network for Asia with representatives in Indonesia and the Indian subcontinent





Sandpoint, Idaho, USA, May 12, 2020 – Daher today announced the appointment of two Kodiak aircraft sales representatives for Asia:
PT Auvia Gaya Perkasa in Indonesia; and JetHQ providing coverage across the Indian subcontinent.



Based in Jakarta, PT Auvia Gaya Perkasa is a consulting company created in 1996 to focus on military aviation as an aircraft parts
supplier for the Indonesian Air Force. It expanded into aircraft maintenance and communication systems integration through
relationships with many aircraft and equipment manufacturers, as well as with maintenance, repair and overhaul partners in serving
the Indonesian Air Force, Army and Navy.



“The Kodiak aircraft is perfectly suited for operations in Indonesia, where public and governmental missions are crucial,”
explained Paul G. Branham, the Kodiak Sales Director for Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. “PT Auvia Gaya Perkasa is well
positioned to sell Kodiak aircraft in the region based on this company’s two decades of success and its strong interactions with
many government officials and branches.”



JetHQ is a worldwide aircraft broker tasked to promote the Kodiak throughout the Indian subcontinent region, including India,
Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Pakistan. It recently added team members who have been involved in Indian business
aviation for 30 years, and the company has successfully worked with India’s DGCA civil aviation authority to update and change
laws that will improve the development of business aviation in the country.

Tarbes, France, Washington, D.C.; 24 janvier, 2025 â : Un stage international ouvert à des étudiants français et dâAmérique du Nord, vient dâêtre lancé pour la troisième fois consécutive par Daher Aircraft et la GAMA, lâassociation des industriels de lâaviation générale (General Aviation Manufacturers Association).  Les candidatures sont désormais ouvertes pour cette expérience pratique lâété prochain. Deux étudiants nord-américains et deux étudiants français vont être ainsi sélectionnés pour le  pour un stage dâune durée de huit semaines au sein des sites production de Daher Aircraft situés de part et dâautre de lâAtlantique.  Les stagiaires nord-américains seront assignés à Tarbes (Hautes Pyrénées, France) â siège de Daher Aircraft et de lâassemblage des avions TBM 960, tandis que les étudiants français effectueront leur stage à Sandpoint (Idaho, USA) â où sont construits les avions Kodiak 100 et Kodiak 900.   Les quatre stagiaires complèteront leur stage par une semaine sur le stand Daher à EAA AirVenture, le plus grand rassemblement mondial dâaviation, qui se tient chaque année fin juillet à Oshkosh, Wisconsin, aux Etats-Unis. « Le secteur de lâaviation étant confronté à des défis sans précédent, nous sommes conscients de lâimportance de préparer la prochaine génération à lâavenir », a déclaré Nicolas Chabbert, directeur-général de Daher Aircraft, concluant « Jâai été extrêmement impressionné par la maturité et la lâapproche des stagiaires des deux dernières années, et jâattends avec intérêt de rencontrer les stagiaires 2025. »  Peter Bunce, directeur-général de GAMA, a ajouté : « Nous sommes très fiers de nous associer une fois de plus à Daher pour offrir cette formidable opportunité dans le domaine de lâaviation à des jeunes des deux côtés de lâAtlantique.
