Prince Aviation strengthens European presence with new Slovenian AOC

Responding to the evolving demands of a dynamic European business aviation market, Prince Aviation has expanded its operational capabilities through its sister company, Prince Aviation SI, in Slovenia, a fully approved EASA Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder operating under European Union regulations since February 2026.

Operating under an independent EU-based AOC enables enhanced efficiency, superior service delivery, and closer alignment with European clients, while supporting business jet charter operations across Europe and beyond.

The new operational setup streamlines cross-border activities and supports continued fleet and charter development, building on the recent expansion of Prince Aviation’s MRO capabilities.

“Driven by increasing market expectations and our commitment to the highest level of service, Prince Aviation has commenced flight operations through our Slovenian sister company following the issuance of a full EASA Air Operator Certificate,” said Srdjan Kragojevic, CEO. “Operating within the European regulatory framework allows us to enhance efficiency, expand our operational reach, and deliver business aviation services under the highest industry standards.”
